Please arrive 5-10 minutes before class. If this is your first visit, please arrive a little earlier so we can check you in and acquaint you with the space

For early morning classes teachers arrive no more than 15 minutes beforehand and the studio will close 15 minutes after the last class of the day

The yoga studio is a shoe free zone. Please leave your shoes in the spaces provided

Students are requested to enter and leave a class with minimal noise and disruption. This is particularly important when other students are practicing asana, meditation, pranayama or relaxation

Mats are available for you to use free of charge, as well as blocks and straps

Wear comfortable clothes that are not too baggy and do not bind at the waist or knees when you sit down

Do not eat a large meal or drink a lot of liquid before yoga – an empty stomach is most comfortable

Notify the teacher of any injury you may have prior to the start of class

Notify the teacher if a physical adjustment causes you any discomfort or pain

We appreciate it if you come to class clean - but please refrain from wearing a lot of perfume or cologne as some people do suffer from allergies

If you are pregnant please let the teacher know. If you have any other special physical issues let us know - but please remember you are ultimately responsible for your own wellbeing
